R.I.P Biggie

He stopped eating since 4 days ago....

His body begun to 'move' by itself since 4 days ago...

He couldn't properly walk the way he used to be since a week ago...

He could barely stand since 4 days ago.....

He couldn't walked since 2 days ago...

He was a very stubborn dog....

He was once missing for almost a month...

He was the last clan of Tankerina (mother)...

He was loved by everyone...

He will always be in our heart...

He just got his citizenship 8 days ago...

His tag is with me as a key-chain....

I'm off today and I took the chance to bring him to a vet...at first I was just planning to get a medicine to put him to sleep for good but the vet couldn't do that and I have to bring to the vet (of course with a cost)

Biggie waiting for his farewell journey...he even looked at me at this time when I 'sayang-sayang' him as if he could sense it was his moment...

I cleaned him once I've returned from vet...I vomit several times whilst cleaning his body due to his own poop and urine all over his body...I then realized how worst his condition was...blood coming through his skin...couple of bruises all over his body (lack of nutrients due to not eating)...I almost cry seeing him like that....

Finally at about 5:32pm, 18 Nov 2009...Biggie was put to sleep forever...I witnessed the whole procedures and wished him goodbye before the vet injected him with a high dose of...(I couldn't remember what it was called) and he slowly stopped from moving....I took him home (usually the body will be dealt by SPCA - burn to ash but I said I will bury him myself) it was hard to bury him after 4 years being with us...according to the vet, he was infected with a major virus among dogs around the world (major killer)...Biggie condition at that moment was semi conscious according to the vet..even if the virus were cleaned his body will not be strong as he used to be...moreover his body has been damaged due to the virus...the vet advised me to clean his place with an anti-bacteria detergen as the virus is quite contagious to any dogs...I did with detol...Biggie is now resting at the backyard of the house with Hairy.....

After he was bathed prior taking him to vet and this was how the virus had affected his body

I might have not spent so much time with you but I always cared and loved you very much as if you were my own son...

Disaster strike twice

I woke up yesterday noon just couple of hours before I get ready to work then went down to lawat husky…..

I was so darn surprised to see my bike’s seat has about 6” sumpak on it…I was so pissed off and stared at him (he as usual buat inda tahu saja) I cleaned up the area then went to work by car...

At about 7:17pm that night…I received a text message from Mr Joel (my housemate) and he told me that my bike’s seat suda licin…I was so surprised to hear the news..At almost 1:00am I got home…I could see loads of debris under the poach…I looked at my bike and there you go…I can only see at it and stared at him again with a serious face….this has become worst than before...

It happened years back then when Tankerina was still with us…she was our first dog…at that time, it wasn’t this bad but it cost me RM90 to rebuild the new seat (foam and cover)

Then now it happens again but this time I don’t even have anything to instruct the workshop of what kind of design I would like to have…I can only bring the seat palette and ask them to rebuild it...

In my mind…how could he do this to me after all the good things he has had from me…he’ll pay for his attitude….huhu…saya balas dendam nanti saya pigi gigit ikur ko sampai butak baru ko tahu…huhu…what a waste of RM90….I could possibly use that money to buy him delicious foods…or perhaps DVDs at this weekend….

*Another pet of us, Biggy is currently not feeling well...he hasn't ate much these couple of days even when I bought economy rice (meat, vegy and fish) meant for him...If not mistaken he's 4 years of age...was born on 31st July 2006 (I was their God Father at that night when Tankerina gave birth to 5 white puppies)

Food Fest

It is one of the celebrations I’ve always waited every year…

There will be food fest every evening almost everywhere….

Name it, you can easily find your favourite ‘Malay’ food…duh…I would be amazed if you could find your favourite ’Chinese’ food there...

It's the fasting month (Ramadan)…I just love this moment every year…I’ve been having dilemma to fulfill my appetite but I guess that would not happen for some time now…hehe…

There are so many options I could opt for now….I just love malay foods so much due to the spices…

Not only that, I might be able to eat pucuk paku (paku pakis for Sabahan) or pucuk ubi and etc…kalau ada siput (tuntul for sabahan) lagi la bonus!

Having said that, I might be spending more than normal for foods during this period…It doesn’t really bother me though...I’ll be happy for fulfilling my food appetite…Husky & Biggy will join force indirectly..hehe…

How was your weekend?

Today's the first day of the month of February..On satuday, me and Jew worked together replacing the 'dawai rambat' at the gate to a new set 'dawai rambat' (dawai rambat ba tu kan nama dia kalau di sabah...yang kadang-kadang kena guna untuk BBQ tu..)The previous one was badly damaged by dogs (From the mother; Tankerina until her son; Biggy) Husky (the Siberian Husky - now named Husky sebab kurang bengong sudah) is getting bigger and soon, he will need to start doing his job guarding the front yard and Biggy at backyard...I don't know what would happen if he sees any female dog...he's already a horny dog..making the 'anjakan' move to other people's leg...

The gate is looking good now...earlier that day when me and Jew went out looking for hardware shop to buy the 'dawai rambat'..Jew proposed to do a BBQ or BBQ-steamboat...So, we decided to do a BBQ-Steamboat..the last time we had BBQ-Steamboat was back in 2007 during Jew's birthday celebration...around 7pm, me and Jew went out again to the near by Tesco Hypermarket buying all the food as well as a pack of 16 cans beer....with 2 amateur cooks doing the preparation..it didn't take longer than 30 minutes for us to start enjoying the food...well I was the first because I prepared a boiled cockle....too bad that there was no 'sambal' because Tesco run out of chilies..huhu..Jew prepared Tom Yam soup and another frying pan was used for BBQ'ing.....hehe...we began enjoying the food and I tell you...It was a nice decent dinner and it causes us to forget that we have beers.....the first beer can we had was so delicious....haha...this was after several non-stop eating...perhaps due to the combination of hot-spicy Tom Yam soup and hot-crispy BBQ....the food we had were; chicken wings (fried), slice chicken, meat and chicken ball, sausage, cherry tomato, mushroom, mee-hoon and of course my cockle (Jew does not eat cockle..)

Looking at the foods on the table, we were thinking...the food we had were actually enough for atleast 5 persons...now there only me and Jew....earlier at the Tesco, I was like....looking at the items inside the basket, I thought macam inda cukup kenen...thankfully several of the foods we were looking for already finished...Jew phoned his cousin and invited him to come to the house (We thought his cousin were in KL) he came and joined us...chatting, cooking and drinking....several hours then, me and Jew went out again buying another 9 bottles of beer....then Joel returned home as he had just finished his jamming session with his band....even with 4 persons, still there have several more foods being kept in the refrigerator...and today Jew cooked a fried mee-hoon+slice chicken+sausage+meet & chicken ball+vegetable....the only food that we managed to finish last night were the Tom Yam soup and my cockle..apparently, I'm the only person who eats cockle..not even Joel nor Jew's cousin, John...John is actually looking after his cholesterol level and cockle has a high level of cholesterol indeed....

Woke up today..nothing to do other than cleaning the space we had BBQ-Steamboat last night...and now resting...tomorrow is Monday already..hope you guys had a great weekend..the CNY mood is still on the air I believe....

Roberto playing cute and lazy

A message from Ah Tee Lei (my sarawakian friend who is now residing in Kuching…he just moved from Penang to Kuching in May 2008)...”Bad news, Roberto mati”….I received this at 10:20 am…couple of minutes ago..and these were some of the text messages flying from Kuching-Penang..

Wel: Mati?mesti pasal minum red bull ni kan? (Last week he texted me saying he was drunk until the next day after he drank beer mixed with red-bull energy drinker...)
Ah Tee Lei: Nda la ba. Tiba2 jak mati dalam kuarantin
Wel: Ya kan.masih dalam kuarantin pula.Ada insurance kan.Claim
Ah Tee Lei: Odoh.tgh sedih ni.Nda tpikir mo claim.

Why was he (Roberto) left in a quarantine room? It’s a procedure to for any animal being transported from one destination to another destination...I’m not really sure myself though, I have never tried transporting any animal…so when Ah Tee Lei was moving all his belongings in May from Penang to Kuching…apparently, Roberto had just received his vaccination…as far as I can remember, Ah Tee Lei told me that it was a month earlier…I’m not sure either how long was Roberto needs to be quarantined but it has just ended recently..I feel sorry for you Ah Tee Lei..I know you've take care of him and I'm sure you love him as if he was your own son....you should be sad...

Who is Roberto? He’s a cat and was a very shy cat...as seen in the pictures, his colour is almost similar to the Garfield huh…well, I don’t really know what type of cat he was...I took this pictures from Ah Tee Lei’s friendster account….and I realized these pictures were taken earlier before he got fat…and lazy...ha.ha...hari hari makan ikan kembung... I feel sorry for Ah Tee Lei…it’s quite saddening when he had to leave his beloved pet in a quarantine room hoping he would be alright and safe….I don’t know how bad he would take this sad event but I hope Roberto’s soul may rest in a peaceful place for cats…and Ah Tee Lei would not make any stupid action…who knows, he might get angry with the quarantine officers and burn the whole building – hope not…the whole time I knew Roberto, I never got the chance to touch him tau…penakut and pemalu ba ni kucing…but I do like him..

Another pet’s event…we had a dog called Biggy...I posted about him months ago when he was raped as well as raping another male dog…Thursday evening, I came home from work and went up to my room…I didn’t realize at first but when I went down to the kitchen….there was no sign of him…I called his name but he was no where to be seen…the gate was not opened and if he wanted to go out, he could have done it earlier… I then decided to give it a time...he might wandering around and for sure he will come home once he’s tired…to my surprise, at night Mr. Jew told me that Biggy was not there…as usual, he was to feed the dog but he couldn’t find where the dog was…since he hasn’t come back…I thought he might be abducted…I’ve never had a dog who would runaway and would never return home…he must be abducted!!…the next day, it was the same…he is no where to be seen until this moment…we lost another resident of our house…I haven’t had a word with the neighbour behind us...they would sometimes fed the dog. They might have an idea where is he whereabouts or have seen something…it is really weird when the dog is no where to be seen within the housing area as well…kalau di sabah…possibility kana tangkap Om untuk makan buli terima la...but who would abduct him here?

Mr. No Name

As expected, we had a BBQ last night! I missed BBQ and it was great that we did it last night..again I was filled and bloated with chicken wings, some hot dog..and beers! I was totally weak last night..the fact that we started BBQ at 7 pm didn't really able to help my mood..I wanted to eat more and drink but my body didn't respond well to that...So once I finished BBQ'ing few chicken wings (2 to 4 batches of BBQ'ing..solely for QA'ing the taste and heat)..I then started enjoying those chicken wings I've just BBQ'ed...eat and eat..I think I ate around 5 pieces then stop...couple of minutes later...start your engine! Nuh....we started drinking..it was around 10 minutes before 8 pm... so from that time onwards..me, Mr. Jew, Mr. Jabian and girlfriend were sitting under the house's porch chatting, BBQ'ing and drinking..after few cans of beers and finished BBQ'ing those foods..we moved inside...chat and drink..I was a little bit quiet and passive last night..as I mentioned earlier..my body didn't respond well enough to my request....I just sat there, ate another few wings alternately and drank my beer... because I sat opposite the main door..which was opened...I saw a dog sniffing and wandering..I thought a stray dog..but his ears caught my attention..so I went out la...just to check out..Nice and cute dog!!..his ears caught me again and I was so tempted to touch him..I'm an animal lover ba..he.he..the dog's fur and skin were clean and his ears were big..but where was his tag???I called him and he approached me without hesitation..wow....so I touched and checked..perhaps he has any injuries..none..I saw a tag's mark on his neck..you know la kan..ada bekas ba di leher anjing kalu yang pakai atau ada tag (license)..presumably, the dog was lost..but again he may be left behind by somebody..by his own owner ka....because it is not easy for the tag to be opened by himself..or to be broken..because he was quite clean..I took him inside..and gave him food..wings and hot dogs..played with him..he was kind enough though..he saw me eating but he didn't try to reach for my food..instead he sat there and waited for me....so because of his well behaviour..I granted him few more of hot dogs...me and Mr.Jew thought of taking him into our care....and we decided to let him make his decision by letting the gate's door open..so if he comes again and stay in..we might have a reason to assume he needs us...so we left him wandering around the house..played with Biggy..(this was hilarious..both of them trying to rape each other...male and male?..waahaha...)..after couple of hours..he was still wandering outside...inside the house then after that we didn't see his presence anymore...as for me..I pity the dog..because it looked like he cried earlier..his eyes were red..there was a wet spot just under his eyes...he seemed lost..and am really hope he managed to go home..or somebody else can take him into their care..before real owner (if exist) looking for him...sorry dog..we have to let you go...pics were taken using my mobile...
